10 more signings?
I guess we shall find out if the rift between manager and chairman is over by the end of the summer transfer window. This is due to Jose Riga coming out and telling the media he would like to see another ten players at Bloomfield Road this summer. Blackpool have added twelve new faces to the squad this summer and of course were without nine players for the trip to Forest as two had work permit issues, five had no registration and two seem to have vanished (McKenzie and Davies). Although the majority of these issues look like they are or will be resolved shortly, Saturday did give a good indication of what were left with during the winter moths when injuries and suspensions take hold. Jose Riga has finally broken his summer silence yesterday evening taking part in SkySports championship preview. Riga joined the club in the summer, replacing caretaker Barry Fergurson as manager. Upon arriving he found an uphill task awaited him and the Belgian started to get to work rebuilding the entire club from top to bottom.
